LLP provides a number of intern positions each year.
If you are a local college student or wish to be considered
for a summer position, we invite you to inquire. An intern
position provides you with the opportunity to experience
public accounting before committing to a full time position.
If you have a positive experience, we encourage you to talk
to us about joining us after you graduate.
We compensate all employees
according to their effort and contribution to the success of
our business. Our compensation and benefit package is
comparable to other CPA firms in the area.
Nawrocki Smith LLP is committed to sponsoring a comprehensive
benefits program for all eligible employees. We provide
vacation, sick leave and holidays to all eligible employees
and we encourage our employees to take care of themselves by
balancing their work life and their home life.
We provide eligible employees with a health benefit plan, a
401(k) plan and a profit sharing plan. In addition, employees
are eligible to participate in the firm’s group life
and disability insurance plans.
After you have obtained your certification, Nawrocki Smith
will pay the annual membership fees for the AICPA as well as
the NY State Society. Nawrocki Smith will also pay for your
license renewal fee with the NYS Department of Education. We
will provide forty hours of continuing professional education
per year to all licensed professional staff at no cost to the
employee.
